The Suzdal Main Hotel

The Suzdal Main Hotel and Tourist Complex is one of the pioneers of the Russian tourism industry.
The USSR Council of Ministers Decree on its construction was signed in 1967. It was decided that Suzdal sloboda (village) of Korovniki would be transformed into a large-scale tourist cluster which would have a hotel, modern motels, an extensive network of conference halls and exhibition spaces.
An upscale restaurant, a swimming pool with panoramic views of the ancient town, a cinema hall with synchronous interpretation and the best camping site in the country were meant to impress foreign tourists ahead of the ‘80 Olympic Games.

Now, the infrastructure of the Complex is being actively developed, new large-scale objects are being put into operation. A large outdoor 2000-seat amphitheater and Bereg (River Bank) recreational area equipped with modern conveniences are open in warmer seasons. The construction of a sports complex which will host international sports events, concerts and festivals will be completed in the summer of 2021.
Today our complex is the largest multi-format platform in the Vladimir Region; its doors are open for festivals and conferences, as well as for individual tourists.

The dining complex offers a choice of 7 different areas – from a cozy lobby to the quaint Samovar Room and the elegant Fireplace Hall of the Suzdal Restaurant. The restaurant offers a large variety of European and Russian dishes and a musical program at the weekends.

Camping site
In 2011, an up-to-date camping site was opened on the territory of the Suzdal Hotel and Tourist Complex. A well-maintained site with convenient access can accommodate 40 campers or tents, and has a service center that offers a full range of essential services.

Conferences
The Suzdal Main Hotel and Tourist Complex is the largest conference venue in the Vladimir Region. Every year, it hosts dozens of international and Russia-wide events.
We will help you organize meetings, trainings, conferences, festivals, exhibitions or any other corporate event. The Suzdal Hotel and Tourist Complex has its own corporate department, which provides a full range of services under one agreement: conference and banquet spaces, accommodation, meals, transfers, entertainment and team-building activities, excursions and anything else that may be required.
The complex has a comprehensive infrastructure, including a choice of conference areas, which can accommodate from 10 to 600 participants. The Suzdal Arena with a capacity of over 1000 people will open in the summer of 2021.
BEREG Recreational Area
BEREG (River Bank) recreational area is a good opportunity to get away from the bustle of the city and to enjoy the fresh air.
In warmer seasons, we are open to guests and residents of Suzdal every day from 10 am to 10 pm.

Billiards
Classic Hall is named after the movie of the same name - one of the most elegant action movies of the 90s, which was filmed at the Suzdal Hotel and Tourist Complex.
The cozy and spacious billiard room for up to 30 people is located on the third floor of the Suzdal Restaurant.
Bicycle Rental
Suzdal is a miniature open-air museum city; every street here breathes with ancient history. Bicycle rental is an excellent opportunity to see all the sights and monuments of architecture in a short time.
It is convenient to get around the area by bike and to go, for example, to the village of Kideksha, where the ancient Church of Boris and Gleb is located.
Children’s Playroom
At the Suzdal Hotel and Tourist Complex everything is thought out for a comfortable vacation for families with children. It has a cozy and sunny playroom where children are looked after by a childcare worker.
The play area has a ball pit filled with colorful balls, a soft construction set, cars, dolls, coloring books, cartoons, and a game console.
Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
The children's room is sanitized every hour.
